Nichols Ag is a full service agronomy and grain dealer in. S.E. Iowa. Started in 1975 as Hester' s Grain and Fertilizer, by John and Linda Hester, Nichols Ag has implemented significant changes over the last 25 years. Gone are the days of applying some fertilizer and chemicals and hoping for the best. In today' s agriculture growers need fast, accurate and critical information services to help them make informed decisions on more acres in a much shorter time frame. Nichols Ag has met those demands with such services as grid sampling, variable rate applications, scouting and other intense crop management systems to help the grower understand their crop production costs and how to reduce those cost per bushel.
